We have dealt with many real estate agents over the years to try to sell our previous home in downtown Montreal. Even highly esteemed agents were only able to rent it out after we moved out. But Julia stood well above them all, right from the very beginning and before she succeeded in selling it. She has now also secured for us a great house that suits our needs, which is quite hard to come by. She was very detailed and patient to explain and guide us in every step of selling the condo. The condo was sold in a reasonable period of time. Then, she helped us to find a new house on the South shore in such an incredible competitive market. So we are now even more impressed by her as a buying agent. Her abundant and detailed knowledge of properties of all types and her sharp and quick observations on the tiniest details during our visits have helped us avoid many potentially very problematic houses. Now, we bought a great house in a region that we seek.
