Vaudreuil Soulange

As an extension to the West Island, Vaudreuil Soulange is best known for the towns of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Saint-Lazare and Hudson. However, this region actually encompasses 23 municipalities including the above-mentioned towns as well as the towns of Coteau-du-Lac, L’Île-Cadieux, L’Île-Perrot, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, Pincourt, Rigaud, the municipalities of Les Cèdres, Les Coteaux, Rivière-Beaudette, Saint-Clet, Saint-Polycarpe, Saint-Télesphore, Saint-Zotique, Sainte-Justine-de-Newton, Sainte-Marthe, Terrasse-Vaudreuil, Très-Saint-Rédempteur and the villages of Pointe-Fortune, Pointe-des-Cascades, Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac.

Rich in history and cultural attractions while being strategically positioned in the St-Lawrence Valley, Vaudreuil Soulanges is an up-and-coming diverse area very popular with young families. Located just a short ride from the West Island and well connected to the Island of Montreal via highways 20 & 40 and the commuter train, this region offers more recently built homes at more affordable prices, larger lots in some municipalities, lower property taxes, low crime rates and great access to nature.
